ILS generally considers manuscripts of 4,500 to 8,500 words, formatted to conform with the latest edition of the Chicago Manual of Style. All national literatures, periods, and genres are welcome, although international submissions must be written in English with bilingual quotations. Contributors may also propose potential subjects for review essays or interviews.
